Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- We offer flat rate shipping of €5.00 for all orders within Ireland.
- Free shipping is available for orders over €50.00.
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Times:
- Domestic orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive.
- International orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to ship to certain countries. Please check our list of restricted countries before placing your order.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
